Howdy!

I was born and raised in Middlebury, Vermont, but I currently reside in Boston. I went to Middlebury Union High School where I played three sports: field hockey, basketball, and softball. Although I have a deep love of sports, design and hands-on creating have always been my passion.
Spring of 2021, I graduated from Endicott College summa cum laude with a BA in Graphic Design. I am currently available to work on freelance projects or painting commissions. Just let me know!

The Nitty-Gritty

I was born and raised in Middlebury, Vermont next to my Uncle’s organic dairy farm. My parents taught me from a young age how to be independent, strong, and motivated to take advantage of every opportunity I had in life. My Pa coached all my little-league and recreation teams when I young, and I continued to play those sports throughout high school (with the addition of field hockey).

My athletic experience showed me how to be a leader and to be a responsible role model for my teammates. In addition to sports, I was a part of the National Technical Honor Society, National Honor Society, VP of my 4-H group, and a horse-back rider year-round. My athletic obligations taught me to be flexible, to prioritize, and to multitask my activities and assignments.

In high school, I was able to take the Visual Communications course in my junior year. This class taught me how to use Photoshop and Illustrator with a variety of multimedia projects. During my senior year, I took Design and Illustration. This helped me refine my design style and techniques. I graduated from Middlebury Union High School with four years of academic high honors, and an award for athlete of the year.

I studied graphic design at Endicott College, and graduated in May, 2021. I am skilled in illustration, logo development, product design, and brand identity; however, I am always willing to work on animation, web design, as well as take on any other design challenge that may come my way. I chose to pursue graphic design as a way to express my creative problem-solving abilities in unique and engaging ways, while being able to appreciate the artwork I've created.
